How long does shipping take?
READY TO SHIP items will ship in 2-3 business days
PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM items have a current turnaround time of 2-3 weeks. Unless communicated or a "rush my order" option selected.
PRE-ORDERS will ship approximately 7 weeks once the order has been placed or by the date stated on the unique pre-order.

How do I return an item?
Our store specializes in custom monogrammed pieces and therefore all items are final sale. All holiday and “themed” items are final sale regardless of the personalization. If you encounter an issue with a purchased item, we encourage you to contact us immediately at yoyabeekids@gmail.com

I want a different monogram other than what is shown, can I do that?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate alternate monogram options! Please make a note including the details regarding the monogram you desire in the comment box at checkout. We will contact you if your request isn't possible for any reason!
Please note, monogramed items are final sale.
Why should I preorder an item?
Answer hereIf you pre-order, you'll be ensuring the styles you love and the sizes you need make it to production, but availability will be limited. We cannot guarantee the size you need will be ordered or available upon arrival. It's best to order when you see it!
Can I order on Instagram and Facebook?
Yes! To order on a post all you will need to do is comment "Sold, size, personalization requested" and any other information that is necessary with your PayPal email to relieve an invoice.
