Flowers red, white, and blue smock dress

This is a HAND smocked woven cotton custom name dress. The tiny red, white, and blue flowers make it perfect for the holiday, but can be worn all summer. 
This item is able to be customized with a limit of 12 characters. 

Sizing: We believe these run true to size. Please see the SIZE CHART in the last picture. Due to the handmade nature of our garments, measurements may vary by 1/2in -3/4in. If you are between sizes it is recommended to SIZE UP. 

Shipping: With the personalization it is a preorder that will take approximately 10 weeks to ship. We ship COMPLETE orders. If you would like items such as in-stock clothing, shoes, or toys to ship before your pre-order clothing purchase, please complete two separate orders.
