Thread and sweater color can be customized. All sweaters are made to order and take approximately 3 weeks for turn around time.

Care instructions:
Machine wash inside out on delicate setting with cold water, flat drying is recommended.

Due to the custom nature of your item, I DO NOT accept returns. Refunds are not issued if you select the wrong size or provide incorrect information in the personalization box. If I make a mistake during fulfillment or there is a defect with the garment like a hole or stain then please contact me within 24 hours and provide a picture so that I can provide an acceptable solution.
